I would probably use epoxy to glue these bricks in the holes.
Attach lego base plates table.
Take a lego and attach it to the top of the two base plates so they will be the correct distance from each other.
Maybe like 2x4 or 2x6 bricks in each of the corners then centered where the plates meet.
If you don t have a router drill holes with a forstner bit and then epoxy 2x2 round plates in the holes.
Finally it s time to attach the baseplates using superglue which will bind them to almost any tabletop.
You have to work fast on this next part.
First cover the back of the base plate with hot glue i used my big glue gun because it is hotter and the glue stays hot longer giving me more time to get it placed in the right spot.
Then when the first base plate is ready to set down you simply line it up with the second one being held in place makes is so much easier to place because once you set it down with spray adhesive it isn t going to budge.
We suggest setting two base plates at a time where you want them then having another person hold the second base plate in place while the person sprays adhesive on the first.
The good thing about this would be you could swap out the plates relatively easily.
How to glue lego baseplate to table.
Use liquid nails to attach the base plates to the table.
Measure out and mark where the baseplates should go.
Make sure you put a lot on but do not let it flow out from under the base plate.
If you are using more than one base plate next to each other you do not want to butt them up directly next to each other because lego s will not fit between them.
I ve seen other tables that they put together lots of smaller base plates to cover the table completely.
